We’ve been building things since we were kids
R&R started as the combined efforts of Travis and Francisco, a whirlwind of Mechanical and Electrical engineering prowess.
We were young when we realized we could make a life out of solving problems. Growing up on Lego kits, robots, comic books and home construction, it soon became apparent we were destined to CREATE!
We were cut from the same cloth, enthralled in working with our hands to solve problems-electrical, mechanical, and whatever it’s called when your little sister keeps sneaking into your room and you build a servo-controlled door lock.
Our hands-on approach served us through college, where we were the mad scientists who could whip up a circuit or bracket out of scrap metal and stripped wires. We know the books-but realize it takes a bit of grit to turn knowledge into a machine.

We have since worked in a diverse range of industries. Downhole drilling tools, robotic conveying, manufacturing, power distribution design, and mining automation are a few of the pitstops of our professional careers. After meeting and striking up a friendship, we realized that we could make something even greater together. We each had created successful side businesses in our spare time, and in R&R have combined our efforts to form something even bigger.
So what can we do for you? Not only can we design, draft, and conceptualize a solution, we have the skills and tools to BUILD it. Milling, turning, welding, panel assembly, and fabrication are all done in house. Laser cutting, bending, water jet cutting, and component construction are services we routinely support with a close-knit vendor network. We have surpassed our customer’s expectations by being a one-stop shop for the execution of ideas into reality-on time, on budget, and with no compromise in quality.
